  • If I have forgotten my password to my Qantas Cash account how can I have that reset?

  • How can I check the balance and transaction records?

    You can use your login details to access your online account on qantascash.co.nz or call the Mastercard® Qantas Cash Global Support on 0800 101 500 or +61 1300 825 302 outside New Zealand (call charges may apply).

  • What should I do if I enter the wrong PIN more than 3 times when making a payment or withdrawing from an ATM?

  • Can I withdraw the money in an ATM overseas or in New Zealand before 30 September 2020? What is the charge? How much money can I withdraw per day?

    You can withdraw funds from an ATM overseas and in New Zealand. The relevant fees are listed below. A full list of fees can be found in the Product Disclosure Statement and Terms and Conditions available at qantas cash.co.nz.

    + Some ATM operators may charge a withdrawal fee. In addition, if relevant a foreign exchange rate may be applied in accordance with clause 7 of the Terms and Conditions available at qantascash.co.nz.
    ~ This amount will be applied as a margin in addition to the Mastercard rate in circumstances where funds are withdrawn or used for purchase transactions in a currency which is not supported by Qantas Cash, or where funds are allocated by us from one currency to a different currency as a result of a purchase or withdrawal transaction.     You can withdraw NZD 3,000 or foreign currency equivalent in any 24-hour period.
  • How do I get any funds still on my Qantas Cash facility after the closure date of 30 September?

    You can complete a manual cash out form that will be available via the website after the program closure on 30 September and follow the instructions to submit the form for funds to be unloaded to a nominated New Zealand Bank Account.

  • Does the SPDS update affect the use of my card?

    No, until 30 September 2020 you can continue to use your card as normal to spend and make withdrawals from an ATM. You can also top up your card balance and manage your account.

  • If something happens to Travelex, what will happen to the funds loaded on to my card?

    Travelex Card Services Limited has existing trust account arrangements in place for the protection of cardholder funds. The impact that Covid-19 is having on the Travelex Group should not change those arrangements and the funds which you have loaded on to your card should be protected. For more information on the trust account arrangements put in place by TCSL, please refer to the PDS.

  • You mentioned that Travelex Group is up for sale, how will this affect me and my card?

    On 15th June 2020, Travelex Group has confirmed that it has terminated the sale process and is continuing its discussions with its lenders and senior secured noteholders in relation to a financial restructuring of the Travelex Group.

    This means you can continue to use your card as normal and we will notify you if there are any potential changes which may affect you and how you may use your card.

  • I have received the SPDS, do I need to do anything?

    Please ensure you read the supplementary product disclosure document which should be read alongside the original product disclosure statement [and other supplementary product disclosure document] which is available on the website.

    You do not need to do anything else at this stage and you can continue to use your card as normal.

    We will notify you if there are any potential changes which may affect you and how you may use your card.
